Mark and Mimi Comfort have been homeowners in Copper Mountain for 35 years. We bought our first condo in 1985 when our son was 6 months old. It was a 1 bedroom unit on the East side of Copper. When we had the opportunity to buy our current creekside townhome, we knew it would be our little slice of heaven. We have made so many wonderful memories at Copper Mountain, and continue to do so now with our grandkids.

The towns of Frisco, Breckinrdige, and Silverthorne are only a short drive away from the Comfort Condo and offer a sweeping selection of culinary attractions.
“Our entire family enjoyed the Comfort Condo in late July 2020. What a wonderful experience! The condo comfortably sleeps 11-guests, and the accommodations are fantastic. The views of Copper Mountain, lakes and streams, and the surroundings are simply breathtaking! Getting away from the Texas summer heat was also a nice change of pace.
The weather was in the low 70’s for highs, and about 55 degrees at night…very comfortable weather, to be sure. Copper Mountain also has shopping, dining, several ski lifts (one or more is open in the summer), and a new roller coaster that’s faster than you think…it is also smooth and delightful. Our family highly recommends the Comfort Condo. You will be very pleased!”

Checkin & Checkout
Check in time is 4:00pm or later. Check out time is by 10:00am. No early check-in or late check-out. If you require an earlier arrival or a later departure, we suggest purchasing an additional night and that time will be blocked to other Guests. After final payment has been received we will provide entry instructions.
Cancellation Policy
No refund will be issued after final payment has been received. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the property manager or Owner. There are no refunds for unforeseen or unfortunate events, including but not limited to unexpected events such as death, illness, injury and catastrophic events such as pandemics, “Stay at Home Orders”, evacuations, government orders, earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, flood, travel restrictions and bans, border closures, grounded flights, civil unrest, protests, war or terrorism. Owner reserves the right to issue traveler a future credit under exceptional conditions. We highly recommend purchasing “Cancel Anytime” insurance coverage.
House Rules
Security Deposit: $500.
PARKING: Guest is permitted two vehicles to park in our private garage.
PETS: No pets are allowed on premises unless the pet has been approved in advance in writing by property manage or Owner.
SMOKING: No smoking or vaping of any product.
HOT TUB: Usage of the hot tub is at your own risk.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and waiver. This will outline all rules and restrictions pertaining to your rental. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement upon request.

The property is amazing and my family of 6 was so comfortable staying here. It is situated between the West Village and Center Village and is a 5 minute walk to either one of them. We have 2 younger kids (5 and 7) who had lessons in the West Village, and it was a breeze to walk out the back the path that leads right to Union Creek and Kokomo lifts. We also have 2 older kids (16 and 17) who could walk the other way to Center Village to the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts.
Overall, this is a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back again and again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a short, easy walk (5 min) to either Woodward Express or American Flyer lifts. House has a great layout with lots of room in the family room/kitchen area for everyone to hang out. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We rented this condo for the Courage Classic weekend in July. We have visited every summer for over 10 years and had usually stayed in Passage Point. We decided to head over to the west village a bit and found this wonderful condo. It has a private two car garage that was just great for storing our cars and gear. The condo faces the river, and I have to say that everyone had the best sleep ever listening to the water through the windows. And the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced!
The condo is well appointed with all you need for a comfortable stay and the size/floor plan was great for all of our family. Plenty of space! The bathrooms had lots of towels and were stocked with soap, shampoo, and a special towel for your face.

“Great accommodations in beautiful Copper Mountain. The aspens were turning and that combined with the majesty of the Rockies make this a truly gorgeous destination.
The condo is well situated and you can easily walk to dining, shopping, exploring, whatever. The area was beginning to slow down for the season, but there were still good places to eat without getting the car out.
Speaking of the condo, it has all the amenities you would ever need and plenty of room to spread out. Very tastefully decorated and homey. We were very comfortable there.
You are right in the middle of everything with Vail, Keystone, Breckinridge all close. The town of Frisco is just down the road and offers many great eating establishments.
